David Douglas Diamonds & Jewelry Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

We offer a lifetime diamond upgrade on all loose diamond purchases and diamond stud earring purchases!
It doesn't matter if you purchased your diamond years ago or yesterday!

Natural Diamond Upgrade
If you purchase a loose natural diamond, usually for an engagement ring, we will give you 100% of your original diamond purchase towards a new natural diamond of greater value.

Lab Grown Diamond Upgrade
If you purchase a loose lab grown diamond, usually for an engagement ring, we will give you market value up to the original purchase price towards a new lab grown diamond of greater value.

Diamond Stud Earrings
Receive 100% of your original purchase on natural diamond stud earrings towards a new pair of natural diamond stud earrings of greater value.

Receive market value, up to the original purchase price, of your original purchase on lab grown diamond stud earrings towards a new pair of lab grown diamond stud earrings of greater value.

The David Douglas Diamonds Upgrade policy only applies to the diamond purchase, not the mounting. Unless otherwise notated or when trading in diamond stud earrings. The trade-in diamond must be in original condition, free of any chips or scratches, and also must be accompanied by the original laboratory report. We do not offer an upgrade policy on jewelry purchases.

Conflict free

We do not tolerate any human suffering in the sourcing of diamonds. We fully support the Kimberley Process and can assure you that all diamonds we provide are conflict-free.

Free loss protection through GemShield®

All graded diamonds come with 1-year of complimentary insurance through GemShield®. Restrictions apply. Once coverage is activated, it protects against loss, theft, or damage. Here's how it works:

1. At time of pickup we have you fill out and sign the activation form and we then submit it on your behalf. Coverage is immediate upon receipt of and approval by GemShield.

2. If covered loss occurs within the free first year, GemShield will pay the jeweler of your choice to replace the item at no cost to you.

3. When the free year is up, GemShield® will contact you and offer a personal jewelry insurance policy. They may direct you to our store to assist with the application and have the jewelry inspected.
