With four generations of experience, our artists and jewelers are trained to guide you through the process of creating the jewelry of your dreams. Each day we strive for perfection. We push ourselves to be the best designers we can be. Both our jewelers and designers are award winners and we couldn't be more proud!
Here's what you can expect custom making a new engagement ring with your gold and diamonds.
1. Redesign Request
Redesigning your engagement ring is so much fun and can even be started online! You begin by sending us images of your current rings. Next we'll discover what your dream ring looks like. After that it moves to the hands of our artists for interpretation.
Simply fill out our interactive Redesign Request Form and a member of our staff will reach out to you within 24 hours.
2. Initial Design Sketches
To begin we create a handful of design sketches based on the inspirations you provided to us. We will also provide an estimated budget that accompany the designs.
There is no charge for this step of the process and no obligations to continue with the designs.

1 - 3 Days
3. Curated Design Sketches
Sometimes the Initial Design Sketches are not necessary and instead we create curated sketches. This process is a little less pen on a napkin and a little more paint on a canvas.

1 - 3 Days
3. 3D Computer Designs
At this step in the process we require a $350 deposit to continue. We will then create the ring in our 3D jewelry design software for you to fully visualize.
You can always make changes to the design during this step of the process. We want you to be completely happy with what we create.

3 - 5 Days
4. Marietta Made
After your design is approved we put our talented jewelers to work! Each design is hand finished and the stones are hand set right here in Marietta, Georgia.
Clients can watch us melt and cast their design in gold, appraise their diamonds, and even watch us set their sentimental diamond into its new home.
This is the final step of the process - your ring is now crafted and your dream design is now a reality!
