The fraudulent charges must have taken place on the Jewelers-Services Secure Server and must be not attributable to any fault of your own.
3. The responsibility for informing your credit card provider of the unauthorized use of your card rests with you. The responsibility for knowing the policies and procedures for reporting such unauthorized use to your provider rests with you as well.
