The Open Door is the design that God led Tammy to create. A symbol to convey the message that Christ was Resurrected: He is alive now and forevermore, and we can have Resurrected life through Him.
The design of the door is “cut-out” to signify that the doorway is open. Jesus rose from the dead, both in body and spirit, leaving the tomb empty. This symbol is based on extensive research and photos of what is widely believed and accepted to be the tomb where Jesus Christ was laid following His crucifixion.
Written on the front is the Greek word “Anastasis,” meaning “Resurrection” in the context that Jesus used in John 11:25 when He said, “I am the Resurrection and the Life.” (Shop the Collection)
